Junior Private Customer Advisor: Digital Consulting

Responsibilities

▪ Reactive consultation and processing of requests from assigned private customers, garnishment customers, and customers under care, as well as their caregivers
▪ Occasion-related, needs-based consultation on standardized products
▪ Be an impulse giver for our customers and inspire them about current digital topics in the banking industry
▪ Co-design and further develop digital-personal consulting in projects

Qualifications

▪ Successfully completed banking apprenticeship and strong customer and sales orientation, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship with initial professional experience in the banking industry
▪ Very strong digital affinity and enjoyment of using modern media
▪ Great interest in digital, future-oriented, and innovative topics
▪ Strong communication skills, empathy, flexibility, solution-oriented work – both in person and via media
