What are your tasks?

• Counseling and consulting a customer portfolio from conception and presentation to implementation in collaboration with the team lead
• Creative and strategic project planning and implementation including project budgeting and evaluation
• Communication with media, independent handling of press inquiries, creation of press texts and proactive theme placements, as well as the creation of clipping reports
• Maintenance and expansion of our network of editors and influencers
• Independent handling of influencer campaigns and strategies, including research and coordination of influencer collaborations
• Planning and implementation of events

What we expect from you?

• At least 2 years of experience in PR and influencer marketing in agencies and/or on beauty accounts
• Brand understanding, affinity for trends and lifestyle themes
• Experience in customer consulting, with conception and project management
• Organizational talent, enthusiasm for responsibility & a keen eye for details
• Excellent communication skills and convincing appearance
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills, good writing style and text security
