LHH For client company, leader in organizing and managing events, we are looking for a figure of: Engineering Manager. The figure will be inserted within the operational team with the objective of supporting the Production Manager in managing and optimizing processes related to planning and organization of events. The figure will have a key role in operational and management support, contributing to making processes more efficient through the use of digital tools and project management software. Responsibilities Main responsibilities: ? Support the Production Manager in planning productive activities related to events. ? Use and manage project management and planning software (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, or similar) to coordinate activities, resources, and timelines. ? Collaborate with different teams (logistics, set-ups, suppliers) to ensure deadlines and quality standards are respected. ? Monitor the progress of projects, highlighting criticalities and proposing organizational solutions. ? Analyze operational data and KPIs for process improvement in production and organization. ? Write production and planning reports for management. Your Profile Technical skills: ? Knowledge of main project management and planning software resources. ? Good mastery of the Office package (particularly Excel). ? Familiarity with commitment management, supply chain, and production control logics. Cross-functional skills: ? Organizational and planning abilities. ? Attitude to problem-solving and analysis. ? Excellent communication and relational skills. ?
