Job description
Multinational company located in Poznań seeks someone who wants to develop in HR area and join the organization as: Junior Personnel and Payroll Specialist with Swedish/Danish
Your tasks:
- processing payroll and documentation requests
- cooperation with HR unit in a given country, explaining errors, processing contracts, applications, leaves, data processing
- preparing reports in the personnel area and cooperation with the salary department
- explaining issues related to insurance, labor law, answering employee questions
- cooperation with the team and team leader
- supporting process improvements
We expect:
- knowledge of English at least B2 level in speaking and writing
- knowledge of Swedish or Danish at least B2/C1 level in speaking and writing
- free use of Ms Office tools, especially Ms Excel
- higher education
- a willingness to cooperate, share knowledge, proactive attitude
- experience in customer service, administration or HR - welcome
- experience working with SAP will be an additional asset
