Job description

We are a mid-sized family-owned company and one of the world's leading providers of products for aquariums, terrariums, and garden ponds. After founding in 1970 as a two-person operation, we quickly developed into one of the market leaders and today employ around 200 staff worldwide. Our headquarters in Heinsberg brings together administration, research, and production.

To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for an engaged Junior-Personalreferent (m/w/d) with interest in international HR processes and modern personnel work.

Aufgaben

You …

  • support the processing of international HR topics and processes
  • are a contact person for international employees in personnel-related matters
  • support recruitment and onboarding of national and international staff members
  • work on labor law and administrative HR processes
  • coordinate and align with international locations and external partners
  • work on HR projects, particularly in the area of digitalization and process optimization
  • create HR reports, evaluations, and presentations
  • support the further development of HR guidelines and standards

Qualifikation

You …

  • have a successfully completed degree in business administration, with a focus on personnel management, labor and organizational psychology, law with a focus on labor law or a comparable qualification
  • have initial practical experience in the HR field, for example through internships or student assistant activities
  • are interested in international personnel management and intercultural cooperation
  • characterize yourself as structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented in your work
  • convince with excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation
  • communicate very well in German and English in writing and speech; Spanish is desirable
  • characterize yourself as confident in handling MS Office; initial experience with HR systems is an advantage
