Your tasks:

With our entry-level program as Junior Personalberater*in (m/w/d), we will develop you into the interface between companies with personnel needs and highly specialized professionals. In your team, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process: from project acquisition of open vacancies at customer companies to interviews with candidates and signing employment contracts.

• You actively build a sustainable network of customers and candidates
• You specialize in a field and manage it independently
• You search for qualified professionals and conduct interviews
• You guide candidates through the entire application process
• You advise companies on filling open vacancies

Your profile:

As Junior Personalberater*in, you should bring an open, self-assured personality and in addition

• A completed degree (university/high school) in the field of business administration, economics, social sciences or humanities
• Or a commercial training with work experience in the field of sales, marketing, customer service
• A professional demeanor and strategic negotiation skills
• Interest and enjoyment in personnel/management consulting and sales
• Readiness to advance your career and take on responsibility
