Responsibilities

During your onboarding, you will get to know the recruitment consultancy from the ground up and gradually develop into an independent consultant role.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

Supporting our consultants in ongoing recruiting projects

• Conducting applicant and candidate interviews
• Accompanying candidates throughout the entire selection process
• Researching, approaching, and pre-qualifying suitable candidates
• Working with our CRM system and structured follow-up of processes and reminders
• Close collaboration with management and active participation in demanding search projects
• Continuous assumption of further responsibility according to your development

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Business Law, or comparable)
• Enjoy working with people and strong communication skills
• Professional, likeable, and reliable demeanor
• Very good organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Initiative and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to learn and openness to feedback
• Interest in personal and professional development
• Proficient use of digital applications and new technologies
