MYRGA MEDIA LAB is looking for support in the area of performance media. The role is clearly hands-on, but not operational in thin air: You will work on campaigns, evaluations and optimizations with and learn how good media work is built across channels.

What you'll be doing here

• You will support planning, setup, control and optimization of performance campaigns
• You will work cross-channel with a clear focus on paid social and Google Ads
• You will think about campaigns not isolated, but along target, target group, funnel and impact
• You will help set up budgets, target groups, creatives and campaign structures sensibly and continuously improve them
• You will analyze performance data and lead concrete learnings and next steps from it
• You will build reports with and prepare results clearly and neatly
• You will work closely with strategy, creation and other specialists together
• You will actively bring yourself into tests, optimizations and new approaches

Qualifikation

What you should bring along

• First practical experience in performance marketing - in an agency, company, through internships, student jobs or own projects
• First experience with paid social and Google Ads
• A basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio
• Understanding of tracking, UTM logic and conversion setups
• Interest in full-funnel thinking - not just last click, but real impact
• A good understanding of numbers, performance drivers and optimization logics
• Structured, reliable work style
• Desire to take responsibility and develop professionally quickly
• Very good German and good English
