(Junior) Performance Marketing Manager

BOS Energieberatung GmbH in Augsburg is looking for reinforcement in marketing. You don't just want to plan campaigns, but measurably improve them – from ads to analysis? Then this role is for you.

Mission
You will develop our performance marketing further and ensure that measures deliver predictable reach, leads, and visibility. You will work closely with management and implement pragmatically, with an eye on numbers and impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize online campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google/Bing) including budget, target groups, and creatives
• Analyze performance (KPIs/reports), derive tests, and implement optimizations
• Co-develop website/SEO (WordPress, landing pages, conversion basics, on-page optimization)
• Coordinate/create content for campaigns and channels (text/visuals/video in coordination)
• Prepare projects/references in a way that supports marketing and sales

Qualifications

Initial experience in online/performance marketing (e.g., internship/working student/junior)

• Understanding of numbers and enjoyment of data-driven optimization
• Structured, independent way of working and strong implementation skills
• Confident use of common PC tools (Office/Google Workspace or similar)
• Clear communication and clean coordination within the team

This is a plus (nice-to-have):

• Experience with Google Ads/Meta Ads or Analytics/Tracking (e.g., GA4)
• WordPress or Canva skills
• Class B driver's license
