Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

As Junior Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you will support the planning, implementation, and reporting of digital B2B performance marketing campaigns on social platforms - with a focus on Meta and LinkedIn.

You will work operationally on social ads, landing pages, and offerings, and continuously develop your skills in performance marketing. KPIs are not foreign to you - you will learn to understand, analyze, and improve them deliberately.

You will work closely with the performance team and be gradually introduced to responsibility for your own campaigns.

Tasks

• Participation in defining Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and offerings
• Operative implementation of B2B Social Ads on Meta & LinkedIn
• Support for Testing- & Skalierungs-Setups (Creatives, target groups, hooks)
• Creation and adaptation of Ad Copies (first copywriting experience required)
• Conducting A/B-Tests to optimize the conversion rate of landing pages
• Weekly tracking & reporting of central KPIs (CTR, CvR, CPL)

Qualification

Your profile

• Mind. 1-2 years experience in B2B performance or online marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta & LinkedIn Ads
• First experience in copywriting for ads & landing pages
• Zahlenaffin, strukturiert und neugierig auf Performance-Logiken
• Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
• High affinity to digital tools, platforms, and marketing technologies

Salary

The annual salary ranges from 36,000 € to 42,000 €.
