We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (w/m/d), who will help us grow E-Commerce brands measurably: data-driven, strategically and with real performance focus.

Aufgaben

Daten & Performance

• You analyze campaign data and optimize it step by step for better results.
• You evaluate KPIs and lead concrete optimization measures.
• You create structured reports, presentations, and budget overviews.

Kampagnen-Umsetzung

• You support in planning, implementation, and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns (Bonus: Pinterest Ads).
• You work on optimizing new customer funnels with.
• You work on newsletter campaigns and learn relevant tools and integrations.

Strategie & Weiterentwicklung

• Together with your team, you develop target-group-specific marketing strategies.
• You bring in your own ideas and develop campaigns creatively further.
• You support in expanding our performance marketing structures.

Kunden & Teamwork

• You work closely with your colleagues and share insights and best practices.
• You support at customer meetings and presentations.
• You learn how to build professional and long-term customer relationships.

Qualifikation

Proaktive Arbeitsweise.
You work structured, solution-oriented, and self-responsible.

Erste Erfahrung im Performance-Marketing.
Ideally in E-Commerce or an agency.

Ausbildung oder Studium.
In the field of Marketing, Communication, or Business Management.

Sprachkenntnisse.
Very good German language skills (C2) and ideally English language skills (at least B2).

Kommunikationsstärke.
You communicate transparently, professionally, and on eye level.

Erste Erfahrung mit Meta Ads.
You have already worked with the Meta Ads Manager.

Analytisches Interesse.
You want to understand and deepen data-based decisions.

Wachstums-Mindset.
You are looking for a steep learning curve and want to develop in growth strategies, lead generation, and marketing tools.
