We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (w/m/d) who helps us grow e-commerce brands measurably: data-driven, strategically and with a real performance focus.

Tasks

Data & Performance

• You analyze campaign data and optimize it step by step for better results.
• You evaluate KPIs and derive concrete optimization measures.
• You create structured reports, presentations and budget overviews.

Campaign Implementation

• You support the planning, implementation and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns (Bonus: Pinterest Ads).
• You help optimize new customer funnels.
• You work on newsletter campaigns and get to know relevant tools and integrations.

Strategy & Development

• Together with your team, you develop target group-specific marketing strategies.
• You contribute your own ideas and creatively develop campaigns further.
• You support the expansion of our performance marketing structures.

Customers & Teamwork

• You work closely with your colleagues and share insights and best practices.
• You support customer meetings and presentations.
• You learn how to build professional and long-term customer relationships.

Qualification

Proactive working style.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented and self-reliant manner.

Initial experience in performance marketing.
Ideally in e-commerce or an agency.

Education or studies.
In the field of marketing, communication or business management.

Language skills.
Very good German skills (C2) and ideally English skills (at least B2).

Communication skills.
You communicate transparently, professionally and on an equal footing.

Initial experience with Meta Ads.
You have already worked with the Meta Ads Manager.

Analytical interest.
You want to understand and deepen data-based decisions.

Growth mindset.
You are looking for a steep learning curve and want to develop further in growth strategies, lead generation and marketing tools.
