Tasks

• Create and manage ads in social media, primarily Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• You build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and career sites that turn clicks into real applications. Write compelling ad copy for recruiting websites and ads.
• You write compelling ad copy and copy for recruiting websites that target the right audience.
• You analyze campaigns, research target groups, and adjust based on data to improve performance and quality of applicants.
• You keep track of key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop your campaigns step by step.

Qualification

• Persuasive and eloquent with developed communication skills
• Experience in creating graphics and visual content (e.g. social media visuals, banners or infographics) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar programs.
• Able to follow existing processes and develop them further
• Fast comprehension and high discipline in implementation
• Precise and error-free written expression in German
• You communicate clearly and persuasively, internally and externally.
