Aufgaben

As (Junior) Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the growth of our member numbers in studios and for the expansion of our franchise network. You plan, build, and optimize data-driven campaigns – both for gaining new members (B2C) and generating qualified franchise leads (B2B). You're not just at home in an ad manager, but also understand that the right image, the suitable video, and a strong landing page make all the difference.

• End-to-End Campaign Management: You take over the setup, control, and optimization of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (including Performance Max). Occasionally, you test channels like TikTok or LinkedIn.
• Focus on Conversions: Your North Star is not just leads, but hard KPIs like CPA (Cost per Acquisition) and ROAS. You optimize the entire path from the first click to the final contract.
• Creative Direction: You recognize when ads no longer work. You brief our design- and video-team with clear scripts and work closely with the content team to optimize landing pages (CRO).
• Tech & Tracking: You ensure a flawless setup (Pixel, GTM, UTMs) and guarantee a clean data flow in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Problem-Solving: You're proactive. If an ad account is malfunctioning or a technical process takes too long, you don't wait – you come up with solution approaches for the team.

Qualification

• You have 1-2 years of practical experience in setting up and scaling Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• You have a good sense for functioning ad creatives (Hooks, Texts, Call-to-Actions) and know how to brief graphic- or video-teams on these.
• You're number-driven, strongly analytical, and work extremely solution-oriented.
• You're not afraid of tracking tools and are eager to learn new software again.
• You're an absolute team player – honest communication and smooth collaboration with Account Management, Design, and our Coaches are self-evident for you.
