Aufgaben

Operative Steuerung von Paid Social Kampagnen

• Support in the creation, booking, and monitoring of campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Criteo, and Outbrain
• Competitor analysis: You monitor ads and trends from competitors and share interesting insights with the team

Datenanalyse & Reporting

• Analyzing campaign data and creatives based on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Presentation of results in clear reports/presentations
• Identification of small optimization potentialities and support in implementation

Creative Gestaltung & Zusammenarbeit

• Participation in analyzing which visuals perform particularly well
• Collaboration with our graphic designer to graphically implement the visuals (optional)

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone who will support us part-time (up to 24 hours a week) and wants to grow together with us.

• You have successfully completed a vocational training or studied business administration, media management, economics, computer science, or a comparable field.
• You have already gained years of experience in the area of paid advertising, ideally in the fashion and lifestyle industry.
• You are a true social media expert and active on all channels (Insta, TikTok & Co).
• You have a good understanding of various paid channels and their specific requirements and bring curiosity with you to inform yourself about the latest industry trends and technologies.
• You have an affinity for numbers and use your developed analytical skills to effectively solve problems, while also enjoying working creatively.
• You drive changes forward, are creative and innovative, and work with a hands-on mentality.
• You work structured, reliable, and independently, find creative solutions for challenges, and are a true team player.
• You speak German and English fluently in word and writing.
