Junior Performance Marketing Manager/ Campaign Setter (TZ) - 20h/Woche

As Jr Performance Marketing Manager/ Campaign Setter (TZ), you will be responsible for the operational implementation and continuous optimization of our Paid Channels, primarily our Meta Ads. You will work data-driven, hands-on, and in close exchange with Founders and the Growth-Marketing Team.

The position can be fully remote or alternatively worked from our office in Cologne.

Tasks

• You set up Performance Campaigns on our Paid Channels (Meta, Google, Pinterest) and are responsible for Launch, Testing, and Iteration.
• You develop and maintain our campaign structure for scalable results.
• You create Briefings for Creatives and steer the implementation with internal/external resources.
• You optimize continuously based on KPIs (e.g. CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV) and lead clear measures.
• You conduct Performance Reviews and establish Reports, documenting Learnings & Next Steps.

Qualification

• At least 1-2 years of practical experience in Performance Marketing (Paid Social) with verifiable results.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing campaign structures (target groups, retargeting, lookalikes, search setups).
• Familiarity with common KPIs, budget management, and testing methods (A/B, iterations, creative testing).
• Copy- and Creative-understanding: you recognize why an Ad approach works (or doesn't) and can implement concrete Briefings with Creators.
• Start-Up Mindset: pragmatic, reliable, learning-oriented.
