Junior Performance Marketer (m/w/d)

In this role, you will be responsible for the performance and development of our paid channels (focus on SEA) as well as conversion optimization on our digital touchpoints – from landing pages to the webshop.
Mit data-based insights from tools like GA4, Hotjar or Clarity, you will work closely with Web, Content and Design together to improve our digital customer journey measurably.

Your Tasks

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
  
• SUPPORT in developing performance strategies for international markets
  
• Conducting keyword research, performance analyses
  
• Collaboration with Web, Content & local marketing teams for cross-channel performance optimization
  
• Development and implementation of strategies for conversion optimization (CRO) – particularly on landing pages & in the webshop
  
• Analysis of user flows, bounce rates, and interactions using tools like Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, GA4 / Conducting A/B tests
  
• Drawing conclusions for landing pages, funnels & lead generation
  
• Monitoring and evaluating campaign performance based on clearly defined KPIs
  
• BUILDING and developing dashboards & reports
  
• Creating and developing tracking concepts & event measurement (Google Tag Manager)
  

Your Profile

• Mind. 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing
  
• Experience in an international environment and with technical products is advantageous
  
• Very good knowledge of SEA and web analysis
  
• Experience in conversion optimization based on user behavior
  
• Safe handling of heatmapping-, session-recording- and A/B-testing tools
  
• Analytical thinking & structured working style
  
• High quality awareness & willingness to learn
  
• Hybrid work possible (preferred workplace but Kollerschlag)
  
• Excellent language skills in German and/or English, both verbally and written
