(Junior) Performance Marketer (m/w/d)

As a motivated team player in our Innovation Hub, you bring modern marketing campaigns in the pharma and healthcare sector into practice. Together with our ambitious team, you set digital measures across channels - with plenty of room for responsibility, experimentation, and growth.

Your tasks

• Performance & Social Media Marketing: You set campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms and optimize them continuously for maximum performance.
• Google Ads (SEA): You plan search engine advertising strategically and set up campaigns hands-on.
• PR & Media Planning: You research third-party channels, plan measures, and implement them together with the team. You coordinate media plans for external partners.
• Email Marketing: You conceptualize and implement email campaigns operationally. Prior knowledge is a plus, but we'll gladly teach you everything you need to know.
• Analysis & Optimization: You keep KPIs in mind, measure campaign success, and lead concrete optimization measures from it.

What we're looking for

• First experience in Performance Marketing: You have operational experience setting up and managing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, or LinkedIn.
• Social Media Affinity: You understand how social media platforms work and are eager to run paid campaigns and optimize them.
• Analytical Thinking: You work data-driven, keep metrics in mind, and lead sensible measures from it.
• Hands-On Mentality: You work pragmatically, solution-oriented, and with pleasure trying out, testing, and implementing things immediately.
• Learner's Mindset: You bring a good operational basis and are eager to learn more about strategic topics together with our support.
• Team Player Mentality: You work gladly with a cross-functional team, share your knowledge, actively seek feedback, and let new perspectives flow into your work.
