Junior People Specialist (m/w/d)

Biomatch is a recruitment agency for the Life Science and LFGB industry.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person as People Specialist (m/w/d) for an international company with several thousand employees.

Tasks

• Preparation and management of employment contracts, additional agreements, and certifications
• Maintenance of personnel data and HR systems
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preliminary preparation of documents for personnel measures
• Coordination of appointments, conversations, and internal consultations
• Support in applicant management (e.g. scheduling, correspondence)
• Participation in HR projects and internal improvement initiatives
• Support on topics related to labor law and internal guidelines

Qualification

• Completed vocational training or degree (e.g. business administration, personnel, economics, etc.)
• First professional experience (1-3 years) in the HR field (e.g. personnel administration, HR assistance, secretarial work)

Required Skills

• Meticulous and structured working style
• Discretion and professional handling of sensitive data
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Very good German language skills, good English skills a plus
• Team-oriented, reliable, and solution-oriented
