(Junior) People & Culture Operations Manager (m/w/d) – flexible part-time from 80%

You are the central point of contact for all operational People & Culture topics and take ownership of the entire Employee Life Cycle - from Onboarding over Contract Management, Benefits and Reporting to the care of our employees in all administrative matters.

In this role, you ensure that our processes run smoothly, optimize processes continuously, and keep our data, tools, and documentation up-to-date. You bring ideas, work independently on projects, and shape the People & Culture Operations area actively with.

• You take responsibility for our operational HR and People Operations processes and ensure they run reliably and cleanly
• As central point of contact, you support employees in all administrative HR questions along the entire Employee Life Cycle
• You maintain, optimize, and are responsible for our HRIS Personio (e.g. time recording, absences, master data, reporting)
• You steer and accompany Onboarding, Offboarding, Contract Management, and our Benefits
• In projects to improve processes, automate, and scale, you actively participate
• You care for internal documentation and support the creation of meaningful KPI reports

WHAT MAKES YOU

• You bring 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or People Operations with
• You have basic knowledge of labor law and a solid understanding of common HR processes
• You are familiar with HR systems - ideally you have already worked with Personio
• You communicate very securely in German and English
• A structured, reliable work style and an outstanding hands-on mentality characterize you
• You have a desire to develop processes not only to manage but also to actively shape and co-create
