Job description
We are a leading international provider of agency services and software solutions for brands on Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces.
As a full-service partner and with an international focus from day one, we have been supporting brand companies in increasing their Amazon sales since 2016. Our young and dynamic team now works with leading brands on the development and implementation of strategies on all major e-commerce platforms and Amazon markets. With our award-winning software Remdash, Amazon sellers make data-driven decisions and save time and effort by automating workflows. By thinking entrepreneurially and always breaking new ground, we follow our vision of becoming the global #1 partner for brands on online marketplaces.
Why do our team members choose Remazing as an employer? With our team of over 100 e-commerce experts in our Hamburg headquarters and our hubs in London, Paris, Barcelona, and Turin, we have created a unique corporate culture. For us, this means having an open, appreciative, and supportive environment where individual needs are paramount to ensure continuous personal and professional development. We thrive on new ideas and offer every team member the opportunity to contribute to our development. Our team is the basis of our success, and we celebrate achieved goals together.
Become part of our team and benefit from working in one of the most promising growth industries of the future while enjoying a steep learning curve in a workplace where you can actively contribute to success and grow. Let’s create your career success story!
Tasks
- PEOPLE & CULTURE: You will act as a point of contact for all relevant HR topics within the Remazing Group. You will primarily support our entities Remazing Core and Remazing Nova within our P&C team, working both nationally and internationally. You will cooperate closely with management, team leads, and our employees.
- RECRUITING: You will be responsible for the recruiting process for specific positions – from application screening, process coordination, and conducting interviews to offer management. Active sourcing via (business) networks is just as much a part of this as an excellent candidate journey at every stage.
- ON- & OFFBOARDING: You will accompany new colleagues through their onboarding process and ensure a smooth start in the team. You will also coordinate structured offboarding processes and ensure that handovers are properly managed.
- CORPORATE CULTURE: You will actively shape our corporate culture – through events, internal communication, as well as other initiatives or diverse projects managed by our P&C team.
- OFFICE MANAGEMENT & ESG: You will ensure the smooth running of daily office operations and be the point of contact for administrative and organizational matters. Additionally, you will support our ESG activities and help keep relevant measures in focus.
Qualifications
- STUDIES: You have completed studies in Business Psychology or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Human Resources Management, or a comparable background.
- INITIAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: You have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in the HR field, preferably in the areas of recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, or corporate culture. If you have gained this experience in a startup or agency environment, that is a plus.
- STRUCTURE & EYE FOR DETAIL: You work in a structured, reliable, and meticulous manner. You quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, maintain an overview, learn from mistakes, and see your responsibilities through to completion.
- HANDS-ON MENTALITY: You pitch in wherever needed – even if that means taking on operational and administrative tasks. You are open, value personal interaction, and don't mind being present in the office several times a week.
- LANGUAGE: Excellent communication in the German language is a matter of course for you. You also speak fluent English – further foreign languages are an absolute plus.
