Job Description
- Assist in setting up and processing payroll administration for employees in the Netherlands;
- Work under guidance on the payroll process and take over independent parts of it;
- Support in improving and documenting payroll processes;
- Contribute to quality controls and simple checks during salary processing to help prevent errors;
- Function as a first point of contact for simple payroll-related questions from employees and forward them to senior colleagues;
- Collaborate with colleagues in finance, people, and operations
- If necessary, support with other administrative tasks.
