JUNIOR PAYROLL

We are looking for a resource to be inserted with the role of
JUNIOR PAYROLL
The resource will support the team in operational activities related to payroll, personnel search and selection, and talent acquisition. The role involves interaction with various company teams and management of digital HR tools, with particular focus on process digitization.
In specific, it will be responsible for:
- Payroll preparation: prepare and verify monthly paychecks, ensuring correctness of amounts, deductions, and contributions.
- Attendance and absence management: control time records, holidays, permits, illnesses, and overtime for correct salary calculation.
- Fiscal and contributory compliance: prepare and send required submissions (INPS, INAIL, local taxes) respecting deadlines.
- Employee relations management: respond to requests related to paychecks, TFR, benefits, contributions, and other payroll information.
- HR process support: provide data to the HR team for budgeting, cost analysis of personnel, and internal reporting.
- Regulatory updates: monitor legislative and contractual novelties, updating payroll procedures and tools accordingly.
- Archiving and reporting: maintain documentation and archives on salaries, prepare periodic reports on personnel costs, absenteeism, and variables related to payroll
Required skills:
- Good knowledge of main digital HR tools and attitude towards process digitization.
- Data management capabilities
- Attention to precision in administrative activities.
- Excellent communication and relational skills, both internally and externally.
- Organization and priority management in a dynamic context.
- Propensity for teamwork and operational support to the HR team.
