We are looking for a Junior Partnership Manager (m/f/d) starting from 01.09.2026.

These future tasks are for you…

• Support for our existing partnerships such as Corporate Benefits, Cadooz & Co, and ensuring a smooth process in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Expansion of existing partnerships and improvement of the customer experience through the identification and implementation of optimization opportunities (e.g., promotion management, offer packages, pricing)
• Identification, acquisition, and negotiation of new brand and cooperation partnerships, as well as independent conclusion of corresponding cooperations
• Contact person for our franchisees throughout Germany and support in the best possible utilization of channels
• Monitoring of relevant KPIs (e.g., orders, sales volume, average basket size), regular reporting, and data-based business management
• Support in the further development of scalable processes, tools, and standards for the Partnerships area
• Representation of the company towards partners and at relevant industry events

What you bring…

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in Partnership, Cooperation, or Business Development Management (e.g., as Account Manager, Partnership Manager, or Product Manager)
• Experience with platform partners, e-commerce, or digital marketplaces is an advantage
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and a good sense for market trends
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor towards external partners
• Very good German and English skills
