At us, everything revolves around the most beautiful side hustle in the world: We advise, create and communicate for sponsors, clubs and associations from professional football. A Junior Partner & Projektmanager Fußballmarketing (m/w/d) | Full-time

Tasks

Your role:

You work in the middle of the football business as a Partner Manager: You manage projects, bring sponsoring activations into motion and take over more responsibility step by step – from supporting daily operations to independent implementation.

Your tasks:

• You support the management of our partners and help coordinate requests and To-dos in daily operations.
• You work on planning, organization and control of sponsoring activations – from preparation and coordination to reporting.
• You support new business: from identifying and acquiring new partners to accompanying meetings and offering presentations.
• You coordinate internally and externally (creation, project management, production) and ensure that information and deadlines are clear for everyone.
• You prepare presentations, offers and reports.
• You keep track of updates, timings, budgets and performance status in our tools.
• You accompany colleagues to meetings and selected productions on site at our partners' locations.
• You bring ideas on how we can improve projects, processes and collaboration.

Qualification

You bring:

• You have first experience in project management, account management or sponsoring – on agency, club or sponsor side.
• Football is more than just a hobby for you; you have a good feeling for clubs, brands and fans.
• You work structured, are reliable and don't lose your overview even with multiple topics at once.
• You are creative, communicative and team-oriented.
• You can handle presentation tools like Keynote/PowerPoint and Google Workspace and are open to project tools like ClickUp.
• You have a desire to learn, take over responsibility and develop in the direction of Senior Partner & Projektmanager in the medium term.
