This role combines administrative and technical responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations and successful delivery of project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with PAM tools and technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Support the Technical SME in the area of Privileged Access Management; - Ensure smooth daily operations and successful delivery of project initiatives; - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements; - Develop and maintain documentation for PAM processes and procedures; - Troubleshoot technical issues related to PAM tools and technologies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; - 1-2 years of experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) or a related field; - Strong understanding of PAM concepts and technologies; - Experience with Jira ServiceNow Confluence SharePoint; - Familiarity with Windows operating system; - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; - Strong communication and collaboration skills; - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
