Junior Paid Social Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You work in one of our multidisciplinary client teams and take over Paid Social there, in close cooperation with our Head of Data & Growth, the Strategy Team, and Concept Development.

• You plan, set up, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube for different clients, managing the budgets.

• You evaluate campaign and funnel data and develop optimization suggestions, which you discuss with the team.

• Together with Data & Growth, you further develop reporting and dashboards and learn how we define KPIs.

• You participate in briefings with Concept Development so that creatives specifically contribute to performance goals.

• You support our UGC management in further building the creator pool and maintaining and enriching the database.

• You implement small adjustments to creatives, e.g., different hooks or subtitles for tests.

• You prepare results and recommendations for action for client meetings and, over time, present them yourself.

• Testing is daily business: you systematically test new approaches and help to scale what works.

Qualifications

• You have about one year of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Social, e.g., in an agency, in e-commerce, or as a working student.

• Good analytical skills and knowledge of common KPIs.

• Initial practical experience with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and/or Google Ads Manager.

• You understand how creatives work in a performance context.

• Basic editing is a plus, we'll teach you the rest.

• You present yourself confidently to clients and can explain numbers understandably.

• A structured, self-directed way of working.

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
