Junior Ops Engineer - Apprenticeship (f/m/d)

You are joining our Business Capability Platform (BCP) domain. The mission of BCP is to facilitate Decathlon's digital experiences by connecting the products and services of any seller with its users.

From managing customer accounts, offers, and payments, to validating and managing orders, BCP offers a suite of interconnected products for the purchasing journey of products and services for e-commerce sites and stores.

Junior Ops Engineer

As part of an internal opening, we are recruiting a Junior Ops Engineer on an **apprenticeship/internship contract**, based in **Lille** for a duration of 2/3 years.

YOUR MISSIONS

The mission will take place within the OPS "OCP" (Ops for Capability Platform) team; this team is dedicated to this domain. The goal of this team is to support development teams throughout the product lifecycle. The infrastructure provided is based on a component from the Cloud Platform Engineering (CPE) domain: Self Service Stack (3S).

This technical stack is composed of Kubernetes clusters and various services offered mainly by GCP and Aiven. It is completely automated using Terraform.

- You will support product teams with their various requests (production incidents, addition and configuration of new components, architecture improvements, deployment, best practices, risk analysis, backup plan testing, monitoring, finops...).

- Optimization and maintenance of the infrastructure.

- You will contribute to 3S (request for new features, implementation, testing, documentation review,...)

- You will participate in team decisions and contribute to the roadmap
