As a Junior Operations Specialist, you and your team will ensure that our operational processes around the sales process run smoothly.

You are an important interface between our sales partners and various internal teams. This is not about active selling, but about solving operational questions, coordinating processes, and ensuring that our partners and internal teams can do their work efficiently.

You will have the opportunity to delve deep into our processes, take responsibility for your own areas, and continuously improve our workflows together with the team.

Your Tasks

• Support and coordination of our sales partners on operational questions and challenges in daily business.

• Direct contact with our sales partners and internal teams to process requests quickly and in a solution-oriented manner.

• Processing and solving operational cases along the sales process – from lead handover to sales closing and further process management.

• Coordination with internal teams when further specialized departments are needed to solve a problem.

• Monitoring of processes and KPIs to identify deviations early and address potential problems.

• Identification of improvement potential and support in optimizing our operational processes.

• Taking over your own operational tasks and smaller projects and gradually taking on more responsibility within the team.

Your Profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in Operations, Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Management, Sales Support, or a comparable field. Beginners after relevant full-time employment following an internship or working student activity are also welcome.

• Native-level German or at least C2 – you communicate daily with German-speaking sales partners and stakeholders.

• Good English skills – you can communicate with internal teams in English and navigate well in an international work environment.

• Hands-on and solution-oriented – you roll up your sleeves and look for pragmatic solutions.

• Strong communication and service orientation – you communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders.

• Structured and reliable – you can organize multiple tasks in parallel, set priorities, and drive topics forward independently.

• Quick learner – you enjoy getting to grips with new processes and systems and find satisfaction in understanding and solving problems.

• Team player – you enjoy working with different teams and want to improve things together.
