Junior Operations Specialist – Production & Back Office (20%-40%)

As a Junior Operations Specialist, you will work on both sides of our business: you will support us with the End-of-Line test (EOL) and shipping of our products, and ensure that our back office runs smoothly. You will accompany our products through every step – from production to installation at the customer's premises.

The position suits you if you like variety, enjoy working with hardware and documents, and want to see how an SME works behind the scenes. You will work on-site at our office in Zurich Altstetten.

Your Mission

Production & Fulfillment

• You will calibrate and test devices according to our procedures and document the results

• You will create accompanying documents such as order confirmations, delivery notes, and invoices

• You will generate software coupons and activate company licenses

• You will carefully pack orders and organize shipping by post or courier

Back Office

• You will reconcile incoming payments with our accounting department

• You will monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers on overdue payments

• You will support the team with other operational tasks

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship (KV/EFZ) or a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field

• Experience in production, logistics, or administration is a plus – students are welcome

• No electronics knowledge is necessary – we will teach you calibration and testing

• You work carefully and in a structured manner – calibration and accounting require precision

• You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and are eager to learn new systems

• You speak German and English

• You live in Switzerland and have a Swiss work permit

• You care about the environment and want to contribute to the Energy Strategy 2050
