(Junior) Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Our goal is a solar system on every roof, a battery in every house, and an electric car in every garage. Enpal makes this possible with an integrated overall solution for decentralized energy – from solar systems and battery storage to wallboxes, smart meters, and heat pumps. The heart is our AI-powered platform Enpal.One+, which intelligently networks thousands of systems and efficiently optimizes electricity consumption and feed-in on the energy market.

metrify is Enpal's smart metering unit and the digital infrastructure for an intelligent energy ecosystem. With tens of thousands of installed iMSys and scalable processes, we make energy measurable, controllable, and economically usable – and together with partners, we create the basis for new business models for the energy transition.

Your Tasks

Are you hands-on in operations, analytically strong, and want to make processes smarter instead of just executing them?

• Do you enjoy operational work, not as a transition, but because you want to understand firsthand where processes are not yet working smoothly.

• Do you have experience in operations and want to develop further in this specific environment.

• You will help develop automation and process improvements.

• You are eager to learn and adaptable, confidently switch between topics, functions, and tools while always keeping an overview.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in a technical or business-related field, for example in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Business Administration.

• You have approx. 1 year of professional experience in an operational, process-oriented environment and enjoy delving deep into complex operational processes.

• You think analytically, get to the root of problems in a structured manner, and are comfortable working with data.

• You are comfortable with Excel analyses. SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Your German language skills are at C1/C2 level.
