(Junior) Operations Manager – Process Excellence & Automation (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You will take on end-to-end ownership for your own processes and actively contribute to making operational workflows smarter and more scalable.

• You will identify manual efforts, process gaps, and optimization potentials and develop pragmatic automation solutions from them.

• You will design and implement data-driven workflows, tools, and automations that make our daily work more efficient.

• You will also work hands-on in the processes yourself, handle complex cases and edge cases, and dive deep into individual process steps if necessary to solve problems sustainably.

• You will work closely with Product, Customer Success, Quality Management, Finance, and Accounting, bringing together different perspectives.

Your Profile

• You have sound experience in operations – e.g., in start-ups / scale-ups.

• You can tackle complex tasks in a structured manner and find efficient and practical solutions even for challenging problems.

• You enjoy taking responsibility and are not afraid to get your hands dirty operationally and delve deep into processes.

• You have a passion for solving complex operational challenges and sustainably improving processes.

• You have very good German language skills (C1 level) as well as good English language skills.
