Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d)

As the general contractor for Uber, we contribute to making urban transport more environmentally friendly and thus to increasing the quality of life in urban centers.

Tasks

• Support the Operations Manager in organizing the smooth running of our driving operations
• Coordinate the deployment planning and be the first point of contact for our 100 Ennoo Drivers
• Supervise employees from the initial interview to offboarding
• Support in the coordination, maintenance, and administration of the vehicle fleet

Qualifications

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Social skills, intercultural competence, and hands-on mentality
• Independent and solution-oriented work
• Confident use of Office apps, especially Excel
• Willingness to obtain the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) certification for Taxi and Rental Car expertise in the near future
• Good English skills desired
