FORTĒA® is a digital health brand focusing on Healthy Aging. We develop innovative OTC products and dietary supplements, combining medical expertise with a modern, digital user experience. This makes healthy aging simple, understandable, and self-determined.

Your Responsibilities

You will take over our daily operations in logistics and customer service and further develop the underlying processes. You will work closely with the founders and our partners. You will build the operational backbone on which we can further scale the brand.

• Inventory and replenishment planning as well as coordination with our manufacturers

• Management of incoming goods, fulfillment, and shipping with our logistics partners

• Operational support of our marketplaces and development of the retail channel

• Management of customer service including helpdesk and associated AI tools

• Establishment of regular ops reporting and preparation of decision proposals for the founding team

• Further development and automation of processes in logistics and customer service, with a growing area of responsibility

Our Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree or comparable qualification in Business, Logistics, Operations, or a related field

• Initial experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Operations is an advantage, e.g., through internships or student work

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; enjoy mapping processes in tools

• Structured, reliable working style with an eye for detail and data quality

• Hands-on mentality and a desire to take responsibility in a small team

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
