(Junior) Operations Manager Banking (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

You will be responsible for operational excellence and the success of our partnerships at the interface between classical banking and Digital Assets:

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and partners and take over the professional and solution-oriented processing of customer inquiries via our ticket system, ensuring smooth operational processes in daily business.
• You actively support on- and offboarding institutional customers and partners, accompany and steer strategic customer projects in close cooperation with the COO and Head of Operations.
• You will take over the implementation and continuous optimization of processes for cryptocurrency register management and cryptocurrency custody.
• You will carry out operational processes & tasks in the area of Partner Management / Customer Success Management and support optimization.
• You will support the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA) and accompany us in BaFin permit procedures and internal/external audits.

Your Profile

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in Business Operations or Project Management at financial institutions.
• You bring a basic understanding and high interest in Digital Assets and Blockchain technologies.
• You bring a high process affinity and an developed compliance mindset.
• You possess a high comprehension ability and a pragmatic implementation capability. You are willing to take responsibility and precisely steer complex processes from start to finish.
• You are strong in building relationships, handle empathetically, and can confidently appear against demanding professional customers.
• You bring good organizational and communication skills and have genuine interest in DLT trends and the motivation to continuously develop yourself in a highly dynamic market environment.
• You are confident in verbal and written German and English.
