As Operationeel Manager of Isopearls, you will be part of the steering committee of our organization and are jointly responsible for realizing our ambitious strategy. This includes:

Steering the daily operational functioning (production, inventory, and logistics)
Making sure timely and correct deliveries to customers
Following up and supporting purchase- and sales-invoicing
Customer- and order-follow-up
Placing orders and managing inventory
Scheduling and organizing employees
Analyzing and optimizing operational processes with a focus on efficiency and cost control
Monitoring financial and operational performance
Ledging a team of approximately 2 staff members and 4 workers
Maintaining quality, safety, and sustainability within all processes
