Junior Operational Analyst (Affirmative Opportunity for People with Disabilities)

The Junior Operational Analyst will be responsible for controlling, analyzing, and documenting what's most important to NielsenIQ, the quality of reported data to our clients. In this position, the Junior Operational Analyst will perform preliminary analysis of data collected by the field team, evaluate possible non-conformities, and if necessary, implement action plans and control measures to reduce and eliminate defects.

This position requires the ability to work with large databases, analyze and interpret results following our methodology. Additionally, the person must document these processes clearly and objectively, supporting internal operational areas, mainly daily execution flows.

Responsibilities

• Support in organizing and delivering benefits to field team collaborators.
• Assist in calculating payroll for temporary workers.
• Control and update information on absent, terminated, or medically certified employees.
• Maintain updated spreadsheets and reports with area data.
• Temporary worker control and payment processing (Vendors)
• Administrative support related to financial controls in the area
