Junior Online Marketing Project Manager (m/w/d) - Focus: SEO/GEO (AI Search)

We are an e-Commerce agency based in Berlin and focus on developing and marketing online shops for our customers. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to support our e-Commerce clients in the field of Online Marketing, with an initial focus on SEO/GEO and AI search, as well as the perspective of taking over additional disciplines in the medium term.

Tasks

• You are responsible for building and implementing SEO/GEO (AI Search) projects in the e-Commerce environment.
• You will be the central point of contact for your customers and identify opportunities for expanding cooperation.
• You will develop online marketing strategies and create SEO/GEO (AI Search) audits.
• You will learn complementary tasks fields to SEO/GEO (AI Search) in the medium term, particularly Paid Ads and E-Mail Marketing, to elevate your skills to the next level.
• You will work with the latest AI tools, including Claude and n8n, and actively integrate them into your daily work to become more efficient and effective.
• You will moderate and plan tasks for individual specialists (particularly writers, developers, and assistants).
• You will lead workshops & presentations at your customers' sites.
• You will create regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations for further growth.

Qualification

• Completed studies, ideally in the field of Marketing.
• Safe demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive work style.
• Efficient work style and ability to quickly understand and structure complex matters.
• At least 1 year of experience in Online Marketing.
• Openness and curiosity when dealing with AI tools (e.g. Claude, n8n) - ideally first-hand experience in productive use.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Pleasure in teamwork.
• Motivation and eagerness to learn.
• Mother tongue German language proficiency.
