(Junior) Online Marketing Project Manager (m/w/d) - Focus SEO/GEO (AI Search)

We are an e-Commerce agency based in Berlin and focus on developing and marketing online shops for our customers. We are looking for a motivated team member to support us in the field of Online Marketing.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for building and implementing SEO/GEO (AI Search) projects in the e-Commerce environment
• You will develop online marketing strategies and create SEO/GEO (AI Search) audits
• You will moderate and plan tasks for individual specialists (especially writers, developers, and assistants)
• You will be the central point of contact for your customers and identify opportunities for expanding cooperation
• You will conduct workshops & presentations at your customers' sites
• You will create regular reports and lead data-driven recommendations for further growth
• You will continuously educate yourself in complementary fields (e.g. Email Marketing) to elevate your skills to the next level

Qualification

• A completed degree, preferably in the field of marketing
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Online Marketing, preferably also in the SEO/GEO (AI Search) area
• Solid appearance and advanced communication skills
• Independent and proactive work style
• Advanced organizational and planning abilities
• Pleasure in working together as a team
• Motivation and curiosity
• Process-oriented thinking and the ability to quickly understand and structure complex issues
• Mother tongue German language skills
