Our mission is to democratize access to institutional investment knowledge and strategies that were previously only available to family offices with over 200 million euros in assets under management.

• Development and implementation of digital campaigns: You will develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative, and effective, to effectively address our target groups.
• Performance-Marketing Ownership: You will steer and optimize our performance-marketing funnel across various platforms and maximize conversion rates.
• Growth Marketing: You will identify growth opportunities and set scalable growth strategies in place, to achieve sustainable company growth.
• Analysis, Reporting, and Optimization: You will analyze relevant KPIs, optimize campaigns continuously, and report regularly and transparently on performance and ROI.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You will work closely with our experts and use modern technology and AI to create strong creatives, landing pages, and content together, to develop high-quality and targeted content.

Qualification

• Experience: You have at least one year of practical experience in marketing and have successfully implemented online marketing campaigns in the financial sector.
• Passion: You are passionate about finance! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup responsibility: You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have tackled things without hesitation, been result-oriented, and quickly implemented.
• Personal growth: You learn and develop yourself actively, whether in your job, the sector you work in, or privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping an eye on team success.
