We are FinMent - a rapidly growing, twice state-certified FinTech startup in Berlin. We democratize the knowledge of and access to institutional investment with the help of innovative technologies, proven financial knowledge, and exclusive strategies that were previously reserved for institutional investors (Family Offices) with a minimum capital of +200 million euros.

Tasks

We assume that you want to be an expert in your field and are ready to constantly develop yourself - even when faced with challenging tasks, you find quick solutions and convince with strong ideas.

What awaits you

• Development and implementation of digital campaigns: You develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative and effective, to effectively address our target groups.
• Performance Marketing Ownership: You independently manage and optimize our performance marketing funnels across various platforms and maximize conversion rates.
• Growth Marketing: You identify growth opportunities and implement scalable growth strategies to achieve sustainable company growth.
• Analysis, Reporting and Optimization: You analyze relevant KPIs, continuously optimize campaigns and report regularly and transparently on performance and ROI.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: You work closely with our experts and use the latest technology and AI to create strong creatives, landing pages and content together to develop high-quality and targeted content.

Qualification

• Experience. You have 1 to 4 years of practical professional experience in marketing, ideally having actively supported and participated in the implementation of online marketing campaigns.
• Passion. You're excited about this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup Responsibility. You have demonstrably enjoyed taking responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You tackled things without hesitation, were results-oriented, and quick to implement.
• Personal Growth. You eagerly learn and develop, whether in your job, the sector in which you work, or privately! You proactively seek feedback. You keep the team's success in mind.
• Smart. You have very good analytical and structural skills to think through scenarios clearly in advance. You implement what you have thought through in a structured manner.
• Language. Your German is ideally at “native speaker” level. Your English is good for conversations.
