• Development and Implementation of Digital Campaigns: You develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns along the entire customer journey - data-driven, creative, and effective, to effectively address our target groups.
• Performance-Marketing Ownership: You steer and optimize our performance-marketing funnel independently across various platforms and maximize conversion rates.
• Growth Marketing: You identify growth opportunities and set scalable growth strategies in place to achieve sustainable company growth.
• Analyse, Reporting, and Optimization: You analyze relevant KPIs, optimize campaigns continuously, and report regularly and transparently on performance and ROI.
• Interdisciplinary Cooperation: You work closely with our experts and use modern technology and AI to create strong creatives, landing pages, and content together, to develop high-quality and targeted content.

Qualification

• Experience. You have 1-4 years of practical experience in marketing, ideally having implemented online marketing campaigns actively supported and contributed to their success.
• Passion. You are passionate about this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup Responsibility. You have taken responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have tackled things without hesitation, been result-oriented, and quickly implemented solutions.
