Junior Online-Marketing-Manager (m/w/d)

You will ensure that the right companies and the right people become aware of us. With a clear focus on performance, quality, and impact, you drive customer inquiries and applications measurably forward and shape the growth of a modern accounting firm actively with.

Tasks

• Build SEO/SEA-landing pages using Typo3 including conversion optimization
• Implement and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads: target groups, creatives, tracking, budget, ongoing tests
• Reporting and learnings: define KPIs, make results transparent, derive next steps
• Produce videos for YouTube and Meta Ads
• Implement comparable online marketing measures for our partner companies within the corporate group
• Closely collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager and external service providers

Qualification

• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm to implement things rather than discussing them extensively
• Basic understanding and experience in SEO and performance marketing
• You can write good texts
• You work structured and think in priorities
• Bonus, but not a must: Experience with Google Analytics, Sistrix & Typo3
