In this versatile role, you will support our marketing team as a flexible generalist, closing existing gaps and taking on a key role where you will divide your time and energy equally among our three core channels. Aufgaben

• SEO-Konzeption & operative Umsetzung: You will drive the analysis, conception, and implementation of our SEO measures (Onpage, Offpage & technical SEO) independently forward to sustainably increase our organic visibility and rankings.
• Kampagnen-Management & Paid Social Support: You will steer, monitor, and optimize our paid social media campaigns (Meta, Pinterest, YouTube & TikTok) hand in hand with the team, bringing continuous new and creative approaches.
• Kreatives Content-Marketing & Keyword-Optimierung: You will take care of the maintenance of our website, inserting new content, as well as writing and optimizing target-group-oriented, search-engine-optimized texts (SEO-Copywriting).
• Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen & Support: You will support the team in operational cooperation with our external SEO and marketing agencies and take over reliable follow-up work and coordination for upcoming to-dos.
• Schnittstellenarbeit & UX-Performance: You will work closely with the teams Kreation, Data, and CRM together to continuously improve the customer journey both for search engines and our users.

Qualifikation

• Relevante Berufserfahrung: You have 1-2 years of experience in online marketing in the D2C or E-Commerce field. You score with profound knowledge in the SEO area and bring first experiences in Paid Advertising and Content-Management, connected with the drive to quickly develop further.
• SEO- & Tool-Expertise: You are familiar with common SEO and tracking tools as well as Google Analytics.
• Starkes Text- & Keyword-Gespür: You have an excellent feel for content that is both exciting to read for the user and perfectly matches search engine criteria.
• UX- & Customer-Journey-Verständnis: You know exactly what makes a good shopping journey and a good shop. You have a great sense of how landing pages and an efficient online shop should be set up to continuously optimize touchpoints along the customer journey.
• Analytisches & datengetriebenes Mindset: You love analyzing KPIs. Your decisions and optimizations are based on hard data and facts.
• Technologie-Affinität: You're passionate about new technological trends (e.g., AI tools in marketing), stay proactively up to date, and enjoy quickly getting into new IT and infrastructure topics.Persönlichkeit: A high degree of self-responsibility, a structured working style, and an outstanding hands-on mentality characterize you. You act flexibly and bring ideas directly onto the street.
