Aufgaben

🎯 Your Mission:
You support our marketing team across all channels, learn the tools from scratch, and take over tasks step by step.

• Hands-on Support: You help with implementing campaigns, content, and analyses - and get a real 360-degree view of online marketing.
• Content & Creatives: You support in creating posts, ads, and texts - with tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI.
• Datenpflege & Reporting: You keep track of key figures, build simple reports, and learn to read numbers correctly.
• Recherche: You research trends, competitors, and target groups and bring your findings into the team.
• Tool-Handling: You learn about common tools - from Ads Manager to SEO tools to automation.
• Eigene Projekte: With time, you take over areas and grow into a specialization that fits you.

Qualifikation

• Ein gutes Sprachgefühl und Freude am Schreiben.

• Deutsch fließend – Englisch von Vorteil.
