Junior Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a structured and curious Junior Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d) who enjoys the clean implementation of digital projects. Since 2013, we at Diermann Marketing GmbH in Herne have been developing digital systems that connect websites, content, campaigns, and data. For the entry into SEO, campaigns, content, and reporting, we are looking for someone with a structured approach to online marketing.

Tasks

You will actively support our team in daily business and gradually take over your own areas of responsibility. This includes keyword and competitor research as well as working on campaign structures and landing pages. You will prepare reports, control data, and ensure the clean documentation of measures and learnings. Together with the team, you will test hypotheses and continuously improve our marketing measures.

Qualification

You bring analytical thinking, curiosity, and a structured approach to work. First experiences in online marketing, whether through internships or own projects, are advantageous. You have a basic understanding of SEO, search intentions, and digital campaigns. A safe handling of common web technologies and clear communication without unnecessary technical jargon round out your profile.
