Junior Online Marketing Manager / Fokus Social Media & Influencer

We founded Lebepur with the goal of making our food world a little bit healthier. Over the years, we have continuously grown and now sell our products in over 5,000 drugstore chains in Germany and Austria. Although we are no longer considered a "start-up", our company culture and innovation enthusiasm remain similar. Aufgaben

• Influencer-Marketing: You develop strategies for influencer campaigns, plan the entire process – from defining goals to selecting channels and allocating budgets – and manage cooperation partners from first contact to reporting. You know how to set up a good UGC brief and recognize which creators really fit a brand.
• Social Media: Planning, creation, and dissemination of content for Instagram and TikTok – with an instinct for what formats and contents work on each platform.
• Analyse & Reporting: You keep relevant KPIs in mind, lead optimization measures and prepare results structured – whether for an influencer campaign or a paid ad.
• Paid Social: If you have experience with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads, there is the possibility to take over planning and implementation of paid campaigns in the future.
• Content Creation: If you're interested in creating your own content – such as Reels, Stories, or short video clips – you can actively contribute to this area.
• Online-Marketing-Allround: Depending on your knowledge, there is the possibility to take over responsibility beyond social media – for example, in the areas of SEO, email marketing, Google Ads, or online shop management.

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• A completed education or degree – in the field of Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce, or something comparable. Quereinsteiger:innen with relevant practical experience are also welcome.
• Practical experience in influencer marketing – you have planned or implemented campaigns and know how to accompany cooperation partners from first contact to reporting.
• You know how Instagram and TikTok work, and you have a feeling for what works on these platforms.
• You work structured, independently, and are eager to move things forward.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Interest in healthy nutrition – a fondness for bio and sustainability is a nice plus.

This would be a real plus – but not a must:

• Knowledge in the area of Paid Social, e.g. Meta Ads
• Agency experience – you know fast timelines and structured campaign management
• Pleasure in creating your own content – you like to take matters into your own hands
• Experience in Online Marketing Allround – SEO, newsletters, Google Ads or E-Commerce: Who has knowledge beyond social media can quickly take over responsibility at our company
• Knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo or SEMrush
