Junior or Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Meta & Google

As Junior or Mid-Level Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) for the platforms Meta & Google, you will be part of our performance marketing agency in Kiel or work Remote. Our focus lies on building and scaling online shops and lead generation. We work as a boutique agency, which means we don't work with a large number of customers, but have selected customers for whom we give everything and take the time.

Aufgaben

• You develop and implement sustainable paid social strategies and campaigns on Meta, Google, and ideally also on TikTok and LinkedIn.
• You are responsible for a minimum of 6-figure monthly marketing budget and make independent decisions.
• As an addition to our team, you help with the planning and implementation of all performance marketing activities, as well as revenue growth and customer acquisition for our customers.
• You develop concepts and create briefings for Creatives for our Brand & Design Team and Content Creator*ines.
• You develop consulting, strategically, and sustainably our customers. They are your daily business, where you independently monitor and control quality assurance processes and derive the right action recommendations from them.
• You bring proactive new approaches and ideas to expand existing channels and customer bases and open up new channels.

Qualifikation

• Mind. 2 years of professional experience in Performance Marketing with a focus on Paid Social and mind. 100,000€ Ad spend per year managed.
• You have experience in Creative Strategy and Direct Response Ads.
• You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new topic areas, are communication-strong, act customer-oriented, and possess very good analytical and conceptual skills.
• You work hands-on and set new standards to ensure the quality of your work.
• You possess secure German language skills as well as good English language skills.
• „No Bullshit!“, you are able to pitch big customer ideas and lead them.
