Junior or Senior Digital Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

NR Küchen is a family-owned business in its 5th generation. With our NR System, we build timeless modern and sustainable built-in kitchens.

We are looking for two entry-level positions – so that both talents with their first projects and established professionals can find the perfect stage to work - as long as you like to work analytically.

Aufgaben

Your tasks – scalable according to experience:

SEO

• Keyword research, on-page basics implementation, content briefings,
• Strategy, tech audit, monitoring setup, internal linking

SEA (Google & Meta Ads)

• Campaign creation, reports building, A/B testing accompaniment
• Budget and bid strategies, scaling, funnel optimization

Content-Marketing

• Writing texts, editorial plan maintenance, social posts
• Content architecture, storytelling guidelines, performance analysis

Marketing-Automation & CRM

• Workflows setup, email templates creation
• Full-funnel design, segmentation, attribution reporting

Team & Prozesse

• Collaboration with service providers, best-practice documents
• BUILDING and leading the marketing team, agency steering, mentoring

Qualifikation

Junior-Track

• First practical experience (practicum, work study or 1–2 years of employment) in online marketing
• Basic knowledge in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads or content creation

Senior-Track

• 3+ years of professional experience in performance or content marketing (E-commerce/B2C)
• Deep expertise in SEO & SEA, including budget and team management
• Experience in building processes, tools, and possibly leading employees
