To do this, we have developed the Linkster Influencer Performance Cloud, which is successfully used by leading companies like Kapten & Son, Junglück, Bears with Benefits, KoRo, Calzedonia, Glow25, Purelei or Her1. This cloud tracks and analyzes over 200 million EUR in influencer revenue annually.

To ensure our customers are successful from day one, our onboarding team plays a central role: We make sure new customers understand Linkster quickly, use it effectively – and thus achieve measurable results.

And that's where you come in.

Aufgaben

In this role, you are centrally responsible for the onboarding of new customers and accompany them as they start using Linkster successfully:

• Conducting structured customer onboarding (1:1 calls & sessions)
• Step-by-step introduction to the Linkster Performance Cloud
• Support in setting up setups and process flows (e.g. campaign structure, tracking, influencer selection, briefings)
• Mentoring best practices in performance influencer marketing
• Ensuring that customers quickly see first results and successes
• Closely working with Customer Success & Tech on questions or challenges
• Identifying potential for improvement in the onboarding process
• Building and further developing onboarding materials (guides, templates, training content)
• Ensuring a clean and structured representation of all new customers in CRM along defined onboarding processes

Qualifikation

• Solid understanding of influencer marketing – you understand how campaigns are built, how performance is measured, and how collaboration with creators works
• Outstanding service mentality – you have the ambition to help customers and make them successful
• Solution-oriented thinking – you find pragmatic ways to bring customers forward and can identify customer needs and sketch out solution approaches for them
• You work independently, structured, and reliably and take responsibility for your topics
• You have a quick grasp of new tools and processes
• You are interested in conveying knowledge and enabling others
• You are confident in calls and can actively lead conversations
• You are interested in the SaaS and e-commerce industries (not a must, but a plus)
• You speak and write fluent German and English
